THE BEAUTY OF COROZAL
COROZAL: THE GATEWAY OF BELIZE
THE BEAUTY

THE HISTORY
Corozal is the north most town in Belize. The Mayan Indian Refugees originally founded the district in 1848. They were against the Spanish from the neighbouring Yucatan. Because of the Mayan Refugees, the Mayan ruins, or better known as archeological sites, came to be. After all these years, the ruins are still intact and available for visiting.
